There are no laws against animal cruelty in China. The only prohibition is against killing endangered species. Torture is not even an issue. I saw the Larry King show when Heather Mills McCartney came on with Alec Baldwin. The conditions in China are totally screwed up. I couldn't watch the whole show because of the level of cruelty.
Greed seems to always win out. For this reason, I am not sure it can be stopped. However, I certainly hope it can.
What pleasure do they get out of hurtin an innocent creature whos done no harm or no wrong. It's sick and needs to be stopped immediately!!!!
